She's not officially divorced yet, but Bethenny Frankel has a new man in her life.

The Real Housewives of New York City star is dating Marcus Lemonis, the host of CNBC's The Profit.

"They met over the summer and have been seeing each other. He’s really smart, successful, and so nice. They really like each other,” a source told Us Weekly.

On top of hosting the struggling business reality series, 41-year-old Lemonis is also the CEO of RV supply company Camping World and Good Sam Enterprises. Translation: He's got coin!

Earlier this summer, rumors surfaced oddly linking Bethenny to Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet.

The 44-year-old Skinnygirl mogul neither confirmed nor denied the relationship during an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.

Despite reveling in the joy of her new legit summer romance, Frankel is still involved in a contentious divorce with estranged husband Jason Hoppy.

The pair - who share custody of five-year-old daughter Bryn - have been feuding on how to divide her money their assets for over two years.

Fans of the reality diva can catch more drama when part three of the Real Housewives of New York City reunion airs tonight at 9pm on Bravo.
