Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale Settle Divorce ...Without a Prenup

By Johnny Lopez

There will not be a long, dragged out divorce for Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale.

The former couple has reportedly settled their divorce despite not having a prenuptial agreement.

While Gwen and Gavin have agreed to a 50/50 split of custody of their three children, Rossdale will have more time with them while she tours.

The 49-year-old Bush frontman has also agreed to less than 50% of their shared property as a means to expedite the settlement process.

In August, the rock and roll duo released a joint statement announing their split after 13 years of marriage.

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment. To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."

They are parents to three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 19 months.

Last week, Gwen, 46, raised eyebrows with her new song, "Used to Love You," which many believe takes jabs at her ex.

The No Doubt lead singer also shot down reports that she was dating her fellow The Voice coach, Blake Shelton, by calling the rumors "total bulls***."
