The rich just got even richer ... thanks to a broken confidentiality agreement.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just came out on top in a lawsuit against former YouTube head honcho Chad Hurley. And the settlement amount they've agreed to is north of $400,000.

LOVE STORY: Kim & Kanye From The Beginning

#ICYMI: Hurley was among the select few who witnessed Kanye propose to Kim back in 2013 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The huge moment was filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but Chad released his own blurry video - shot with a phone - on a new website called MixBit. The Kardashian-West family accused him of trying to cash in on their engagement and launch the Youtube follow-up in the process.

TMZ broke the news Thursday morning, claiming the lawsuit will be dismissed once Kim and Kanye receive payment.

That will most likely happen in the next few days.

And, considering Chad sold Youtube for $1.6 billion way back when, he's got the cash.
