Oh Father!

While Ritchie's lawyer claims Rocoo "has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York," a Manhattan judge sided with the Material Girl and ruled the teenager must return to his mother's side in the US... for now.

“I’m granting you all the relief you have requested,” Judge Deborah Kaplan told Madonna. “I’m directing the child to be returned to New York. If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother."

The judge said Rocco would also be receiving his own court appointed attorney for Christmas. Thanks, Santa!
